Please fill in our group enquiry form and we will get right back to you with suitable options for your group. We will allocate a dedicated Groups Manager to you, who will work with you from start to finish, providing you with a consistent point of contact throughout the whole process.

We have years of experience working with all kinds of groups, including schools, colleges, universities and language schools. Our long-standing relationships with a variety of accommodation providers mean we can place your educational group in the perfect place, suitable for the ages and interests of your group.

Low season rates are the cheapest, typically from November to February (excluding the Christmas and New Year period). Larger dorm sizes (8-12 beds) can also be cheaper than triples and quads. Rooms with shared facilities (versus en-suite private bathrooms) also provide a great option for groups on a budget.

These prices vary depending on the hotel and the room type. To save money, you can choose hotels on the budget end that offer rooms with shared bathroom facilities. By staying during the low season of November to February (excluding Christmas/New Year) you’ll also receive the lowest rates.

TravelStay has been helping groups find their perfect accommodation since 2001, welcoming back many repeat groups year after year. As we work with a variety of accommodations in London for groups, we can find the ideal place for your specific needs, at a price within your budget.
